Does NAMA ERP support a work flow system using Email and SMS?

Yes. With all NAMA systems, you can monitor all user’s activities, and track all their tasks, the matter which is named “Work Flow”, where you can define any work flow cycle including the order of documents entry taking into account pending approvals from managers and responsible. User will be instantaneously aware of required tasks, approvals of his managers, and pending approval of his subordinates. Approval requests will be automatically displayed on the user interface. NAMA also supports sending these approval requests via Emails or SMS.
