Does NAMA ERP support automatically coding using items parameters such as sections and departments?
Yes, NAMA supports automatically coding system. In order to recognize the flexibility of coding items, you have to know the following:
- You can define five categories for each item.
- You can define five classes for each item.
- You can define a group, brand, and a model for each item.
All these parameters could be used in the item coding method. For example, the item code may be (Item category + Item class + Item model). Furthermore, you can use any of item fields such as color, size, or brand. This way, the item code generated automatically and the item name is also generated as (LG HSN09ISM 1.0HP Smart Inverter Split Type Air Conditioner (White)).
